How to cancel booking?

To cancel your booking, please contact our support team or log in to your account and go to the “My Bookings” section. From there, you can select the booking you wish to cancel and follow the on-screen instructions.

The possession date depends on the project’s completion schedule and your payment status. Once all formalities and payments are completed, our team will inform you of the exact possession date and assist you through the handover process.

You can pay your rent through our online payment portal, bank transfer, or directly at our office. Details and payment instructions will be shared with you once your booking is confirmed.

You can contact buyers directly through your dashboard once they show interest in your property. You’ll find their contact details or message option under the “Leads” or “Inquiries” section. Our support team is also available to assist if you face any communication issues.
